5 Days Malaysia Corporate Tour Itinerary
Arrival in Kuala Lumpur
Arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, where you will meet and greet our representative. Enjoy a comfortable group transfer to the hotel and complete the check-in formalities. Spend the evening at leisure, followed by a welcome dinner with the team.
Kuala Lumpur City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a full-day guided city tour covering the Petronas Twin Towers with Skybridge and Observation Deck access, KL Tower, Merdeka Square, National Mosque, Chinatown, and Batu Caves. After sightseeing, return and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Team Activity & Genting Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel. The morning is reserved for an optional corporate team-building activity or conference session, with the venue arranged on request. In the afternoon, transfer to Genting Highlands via the scenic Skyway cable car. Complete hotel check-in and enjoy the evening at leisure amidst the cool highland weather.
Genting Highlands & Return to Kuala Lumpur
Breakfast at the hotel. Spend the morning at leisure exploring Genting Highlands attractions. Theme parks and casino visits are optional and available on direct payment. In the afternoon, descend by cable car and transfer back to Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy the evening free for shopping at Bukit Bintang.
Departure from Kuala Lumpur
Breakfast at the hotel. Complete the checkout formalities and enjoy a comfortable group transfer to Kuala Lumpur International Airport for the departure flight, concluding the Malaysia corporate group tour.

1 Document Requirements
Submit a passport copy valid for a minimum of 6 months, a passport-size photograph with a white background, confirmed return flight ticket, and hotel booking confirmation.
2 Visa Type
Malaysia eNTRI or eVisa for a single-entry, short-term social visit may be required depending on nationality and passport type. Some nationalities may be visa-exempt, so eligibility should be confirmed according to the traveller’s passport.
3 Application Submission
Submit all scanned documents to our visa desk at least 7–10 working days before the scheduled travel date.
4 Processing Time
Standard visa processing generally takes approximately 3–5 working days, subject to document verification and approval by the relevant Malaysian authorities.
5 Visa Approval
The eVisa or eNTRI approval is sent via email. Travellers should print a copy of the approved document and carry it during travel and immigration clearance.
6 Group Processing
For a corporate group of 30 passengers, we recommend submitting documents in 2–3 batches to support a smoother processing workflow and turnaround.
